Regency Shutter & Shade provides custom window treatment solutions including shutters, shades, blinds, drapery, and related accessories. All products are made-to-order and custom-measured to fit each client's specifications.
2.2 Consultation and Measurement
Initial consultations are complimentary and non-binding. Professional measurements are conducted by trained technicians. Measurement fees may apply for complex or multi-location projects.
3. Pricing and Quotes
3.1 Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order placement.
3.2 Additional Costs
Installation fees are separate from product costs. Custom designs or specialty requests may incur additional charges. Applicable taxes and delivery fees will be included in the final invoice.
4. Ordering Process
4.1 Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or approved financing. A written order confirmation will be provided via email.
4.2 Custom Orders
All products are custom-made and cannot be canceled once manufacturing has begun. Any changes requested after order confirmation may result in additional charges and production delays.

We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and approved financing options. Full payment is required prior to product installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 Financing
Financing options are subject to credit approval. All financing terms are provided by third-party financial institutions.
6. Delivery and Installation
6.1 Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines vary depending on product type and complexity. Typical lead times range from 4 to 6 weeks but are not guaranteed. Expedited services may be available at an additional cost.
6.2 Installation
Professional installation is available and recommended. Customers who choose self-installation assume full responsibility for proper installation. We are not liable for issues resulting from improper installation.
7. Product Warranty
7.1 Manufacturer Warranty
All products are covered by applicable manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary depending on the product and supplier. Damage due to misuse, improper installation, or lack of maintenance is not covered.
7.2 Warranty Claims
Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period and require proof of purchase. Warranty coverage is non-transferable unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
8. Returns and Exchanges
8.1 Custom Products
All custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are considered normal and are not grounds for return.
8.2 Stock Products
In-stock, unmodified products may be returned within 14 days of purchase in original condition and packaging. Restocking fees may apply.
9. Limitation of Liability
Regency Shutter & Shade is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, environmental conditions, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications. Design recommendations are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed to meet all expectations.
10. Privacy
Personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our data practices as outlined in that policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, materials, measurements, and concepts remain the property of Regency Shutter & Shade. Clients are granted use of purchased products but do not acquire rights to proprietary designs or materials.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal proceedings shall take place in Palm Beach County, Florida.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
